Description
When guests open the door to Villa Mamiami, they experience an "oh wow" moment—the vista is as stunning as this luxurious 3 bedroom villa itself. First, there is the spacious sunken living room enclosed with full-length glass doors (leveraging the ocean view) and furnished for comfort and conversation. Here, and throughout, the décor embodies casual sophistication and is just beachy enough. A cozy little TV room, with a SMART TV, just of the living area, is a perfect hideaway. A full guest bath is conveniently located by the entrance. The self-contained L-shaped kitchen with its white walls, driftwood-hued cabinetry, and white marble counters is almost Zen-like but has as every amenity for cooking-in. There’s a BBQ in a lovely little side yard, and a "pass-through" kitchen window has a wide ledge and two stools. Voilà, a bar! The grill master and their companion can be kept hydrated and happy. The kitchen segues into an open dining area where a long table would be the perfect spot for puzzles and board games. Glass sliders galore open to a sprawling bi-level deck with a wealth of sheltered outdoor living and dining spaces. An extra-long heated infinity pool is the focal point of the lower deck and is ideal for sunning and lolling about. All 3 en suite bedrooms have a water view. The master, housed in its own pavilion, is closest to the main house and features a covered terrace. It boasts not just a window seat, but a couch set into a bay window that looks out to the sea—just the spot to curl up with a Kindle. There’s a dressing room and ample closet space. The bath is beautifully appointed and includes a private WC. A stone path leads to a long pavilion that houses the two equally sized — and lovely—guest bedrooms in separate pavilions.
